Blank days..
The kind of days where you to go to bed after a hectic day and suddenly realise that everything you did doesn’t make sense at all. You lie still with your eyes fixed on the ceiling and the only sign of life are your bland thoughts storming through your head and sounds of deep sighs adding puffs of carbon dioxide to the already stuffy room. It all culminates in one majestic thought, ‘You did it again’… 🙂

Can I just be Me?

Am I just a bunch of thoughts?
Am I the product of my experiences ?
Getting to know Who I am is not as tough as trying to live upto who I am.
Can I just be me?

Life is like that..

How often do we begin our day thinking ‘this is it’ and end up realizing ‘life is like that’ when our day is done !?

Life can be fun when we learn to say, ‘Well, life’s like that..’ 🙂

Grandpa, tell me about the good old days..

Grandpa, tell me about the good old days…

1.When Men stood for their beliefs, for love and for honour.
2.When people could smile in approval and respect for a job well done.
3.When people could make mistakes and still feel free to explore and achieve their dreams.
4.When women could dance,laugh,work and speak out without fear.
5.When children were brought up, and seen as a blessing for the family.
6.When people understood each other, not by what they posses, do or say, but as humans, susceptible and open to all forms of experience.

I cannot be sure now as to whether the world we live in now is more civilized than yours. I don’t know what progress and development is.I only want the world I live in to be more ‘human’.

The acts of Men In Confusion…

The acts of Men In Confusion…

1.Nothing can beat this fact.They hardly take bath except for some occassional sunbaths 🙂
2.Their beds and relationships are no different.Everything is in sweet chaos.But they seem to like it.
3.They smile when they have to cry.And sit silent when they have to just enjoy and have fun.
4.They just cannot take the lead in organizing people and events.They mix and mess up everything.Only God has the power to fix these kind of disasters 🙂
5.Don’t ever expect them to make decisions.Even if they do, the decisions will be as boring or as confusing as their minds.
6.They are all intelligent except that emotions are not a part of this special intelligence.
7.They are always good friends.They are the ultimate ‘YES MAN’ every person would love to have as a friend. Too confused to follow their own beliefs..

And I seem to be one of them.. Or AM I?? 🙂

This day in history…

This day, that is, November 22(1963), John F Kennedy was assasinated in Dallas.

I guess dying by a bullet is better than the sweet and fatal words of our enemies… 🙂

I freak out when I say ‘I CAN’

I always dread making statements which have the potential to challenge human resilience and courage.

I somehow dislike saying ‘I CAN’ because…
1.Everytime I say ‘I CAN’, I am reminded of my daunting responsibility to achieve all those things which prompted me to say those words.This constant reminder is a thorn to my supposed peace.
2.With the silly(?) courage to say ‘I CAN’ comes the need to battle the fear of failure.
3.The effort you put in to show to yourself that you can do it is simply exhausting!!
4.Despite all these trivial and ‘messy’ fears, I cannot resist the temptation of saying ‘I CAN’ for nothing is more glorious than to stand among men and say, ‘YES I CAN’.And so, I go back,again and again, to this vicious cycle of fear,nervousness and courage firmly believing that ‘I CAN’ do it once again…:-);-)

If only god could hear me snoring..

If only God could hear me snoring now,
I would tell Him how nice it is to have a sound sleep,
And how my tired body finds rest,
But then He must be so stupid not to have any deal with innocent sleepers.
Or is He sleeping too?

The joy of doing nothing

Sometimes its good to just sit or lie cozy without doing anything, free from all work and responsibilities.It is good to observe and enjoy the richness of life,the abundance of nature, and all the goodness of humanity..it feels nice to be blest with the joy of doing nothing 🙂
